Editor's Note: This is the email sent to all attendees who were registered as of October 9th. Once you register, you will receive emails from us via the Eventbrite system.. We will then add them to the web site for your convenience!

Date: Friday, October 24, 2008 at 08:00 AM - Saturday, October 25, 2008 at 05:00 PM (GMT-1000)
Hawaii Convention Center1801 Kalakaua AvenueHonolulu, HI 96815

We will be sending emails (about one a week) from now until the event. Please be sure to save us in your address book so you don't miss any important details! ([email protected])

What if I can only come one day?
No problem! Though we did add a new ticket for "Saturday Only" in case anyone you know for sure is only planning to attend on Saturday. This is "opt-in" which means you determine when you want to be there.

Where are the speakers?
Since this is an "unconference and anyone can speak," we are still collecting names and session topics. You can always follow the Wiki link, and then click on the "people speaking" page to see who we have so far. Not everyone has added their info there yet though. Judi C is also adding individual pages on our main web site for each speaker, so you'll be able to get a feeling for them. We have an amazing lineup of local and national speakers for you.

Where is the schedule?
We are planning for four tracks: WordCamp, Podcast 101, Social Media, and Business. If those sound like tech jargon, not to worry. We'll be explaining those terms next week. The schedule will be online by next week, though please remember, it is subject to change at the very last minute! We'll have printed copies on the day of the event too.

What about entertainment?
Good question! We are looking for local musicians who want to play (and be interviewed by the podcasters) throughout both days, as well as at the planned Beach BBQ on Sat evening. Please tell you band friends to go to the Wiki and sign up for a time slot! We are still working on places to party for Friday night; suggestions welcome especially if you can help us organize that.

What do I need to know about the Hawaii Convention Center?
We will be on the main convention floor (upstairs) in the side wing down past Prince Kuhio's canoe. We'll have people directing traffic. Parking is $5 in the HCC garage, and that covers you all day. We will have food available for purchase - inexpensive sandwiches, bento boxes, and soft drinks.

What should I bring?
Any recording gear you want - cameras, microphones, laptops, etc. We will have plenty of wifi (co-sponsored by Pacific Direct Connect) and plenty of outlets. One room will be our Social Media Lounge - where you can hang out, chat, do interviews, catchup on your email, or whatevahs.

Podcamp T-Shirts
If you hurry, you can still order your own Podcamp T-Shirt! Please visit our Podcamp Shop.

Why do I get more than one email?
We are sending this information to the registered attendees as well as the people who have signed up for our mailing list. Sorry about the duplication! Remember, this will all be completed in a few weeks and then we'll stop emailing you.

We've got plenty of seats left, please tell your friends, and I look forward to meeting you. Please stop and leave a comment or thank you for our many wonderful sponsors.
