T-shirts are one of the challenges of an unconference. They cost a lot. You have to order well in advance. People end up with the wrong size. People don’t show even tho you bought them a t-shirt. And it goes on and on.

Today 11 of us volunteers met up for lunch at Aloha Tower. It was pretty eventful: we’re trying to plan a world-class event in half the physician-recommended time, so we have to be twice as awesome.

There was a lot of discussion about the Convention Center, and various related affairs: food, projectors, wireless access. [...]

We had a meeting today with June Matsumoto and Brian Allen at the Hawaii Convention Center. They are extending such a gracious hand to our podcamp!
