		<description>@Alexis - in theory yes. You need two things for a video podcast: a website aka blog that supports RSS and video files that can be delivered via RSS. That usually means a Quicktime-compatible format. 

OR, you can upload each file to Viddler.com and they will create the RSS feed for you.

If you want to submit your episodes for a listing in the iTunes Music Store, then you would want to get a blog or what we call a "destination site" for your videos so you can manage the RSS feed directly - that is what gets submitted to iTunes.
