We could not have put this conference together without our volunteers!

Kyle Nishioka – Civil Engineer and podcast junkie. I subscribe to 75 - 100 podcasts, but I do not have a podcast of my own. However, I blog for the Technorama podcast at chuckchat.com/technorama as well as my own sites kylenishioka.com and madmarvonline.com. Iʻm also a self taught sysadmin and CAD manager for my employer. (Thanks Kyle, we could not have done this without you!)

Here's an interview I did with Kyle:

Angela Keen – New Media Newbie / Old Media Pro. I am a former news anchor and reporter (15 years) in Hawaiʻi. I left the news and found my new soul and passion are in new media. I blog, I write, I communicate and I love to empower others. I am beginning to blog: https://keenonhealth.wordpress.com You can find my voicework at: https://voice123.com/angelakeen I am also a social media-holic!

Susan Jaworowski – I am a professor at Kapiʻolani Community College and a doctoral student at U.H. Manoa in educational technology. I teach online and am always looking for new ways to connect my students and myself with technology relevant to our lives. At present, the social media tool I am exploring the most is Twitter.

Shawn Drost – I started writing code on a graphing calculator in intermediate school. I studied robotics and AI as an undergraduate before becoming interested in web programming and entrepreneurship in 2005. My projects since include an online marketplace for indigenous artisans, a social network to encourage partnerships between business, government, and academia, and most recently, a business creating and distributing video tours of real estate. (Thanks Shawn for setting our wiki up for us!)

Ed Morita – I am currently the Pastry Chef at Longhi's restaurant located in Ala Moana Center. Prior to arriving at Longhi's two years ago, I worked at the exclusive Bay Harbor Yacht Club in Northern Michigan, and the Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia. A Long time computer addict, I first started lurking the internet as a means to fight boredom during long West Virginia winters. I am currently working on utilizing the internet and social media as a means to advance and refine my culinary skills. (Thanks Ed for taking on the BBQ post-podcamp!)
